This product was developed to collect fine chips from various sources by using a metal filter made of sintered metal (SUS316). The metal filter has high strength and does not crack or break under pressure. It has low clogging even with repeated use, making it highly effective for collecting fine materials. The metal filter can be backwashed using high-pressure cleaning, allowing for long-term use of filtration and backwashing, which reduces running costs and makes it suitable for capturing various fine materials. No filtration aids are required, and it can reliably collect particles ranging from 1 to 10 μm, as well as particles over 100 μm, simultaneously and effectively.
